Redemptions can be made Twin River Casino Hotel starting at 3pm the following Monday and must be made within 30 days of redemption period start date.
Rewards Club members can be rewarded for their play online with up to $500 in Regional Rewards Gift Cards. Your total purchase within an earning period will be calculated and you’ll receive your Regional Rewards Gift Cards when you visit Twin River Casino Hotel.
Rewards Club membership required prior to any purchase to be eligible for Regional Rewards Gift Cards. Redemptions can only be made at Twin River Casino Hotel. Don’t have a Rewards Club membership? Simply visit any Twin River or Tiverton Players Club booth to sign up. Membership is fast & free!

Regional Rewards Gift Cards are awarded based on the earning and redemption periods listed above. Gift Cards will be available beginning at 3pm on the first day of the redemption period and can be picked up at the Twin River Rewards Store located on the 1st floor of Twin River Casino. Redemptions of Regional Rewards Gift Cards must be made within 30 days of redemption period start date. Twin River Rewards Store hours are Sunday - Thursday 10am - 10pm and Friday - Saturday 10am - 1am. Regional Rewards Gift Cards not activated within the redemption period listed will be forfeited.
